By using coastlineprosfl.com or engaging with Coastline Pros FL ("Coastline," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms.
Coastline is a lead-broker. We connect Florida homeowners who need home-service work with vetted local operators who provide that work. Coastline is not a contractor, does not perform tree-service, HVAC, plumbing, or roofing work, and does not employ the operators who receive our leads.
When you contact us about a service need, we share your information with a single Coastline-vetted operator who covers your service area. The operator independently quotes, schedules, and completes the work. Coastline is not party to the contract between you and the operator and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or pricing of the work performed.
Operators receive your information only after our internal vetting process confirms active state licensure, current liability insurance, and a verified history of customer satisfaction. We do not sell your information to third parties or marketplaces.
Operators receiving leads from Coastline agree to:
(1) Hold active Florida licensure and current general liability and worker's compensation insurance throughout the engagement.
(2) Report job outcomes honestly within 30 days of batch delivery. Pattern misreporting ends the relationship.
(3) Pay batch fees and commission obligations within agreed terms. Default on payment ends the relationship.
(4) Maintain professional standards in homeowner interactions consistent with your business reputation. Customer-complaint patterns end the relationship.
Coastline reserves the right to coach-then-end operator relationships that consistently underperform agreed close-rate benchmarks.
Standard terms (subject to per-operator agreement at onboarding): $400 per batch of 5 leads, plus 12% commission on revenue from closed jobs. First batch per new operator is provided at no cost as a trial.
Coastline's liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We do not guarantee lead conversion, job revenue, homeowner intent, or operator performance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
